C Major Capital is a commercial finance broker, not a direct lender. We connect business owners seeking capital with a network of lenders and funding providers. We do not make lending or credit decisions ourselves. All funding approvals, terms, and conditions are determined solely by the applicable lender or funding provider.

Submitting a pre-qualification form or application through our Site does not guarantee that you will receive funding. Approval is subject to lender underwriting criteria, which may include review of bank statements, credit history, business age, and revenue. C Major Capital makes no representations or warranties that any application will be approved or that specific terms will be offered.

To use our services, you must:

• Be at least 18 years of age
• Be a legal owner or authorized representative of a registered business
• Provide accurate and complete information in your application
• Not be prohibited from entering into financial agreements under applicable law

You represent and warrant that all information you provide to C Major Capital is true, accurate, current, and complete. Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information may result in the rejection of your application, termination of any agreement, and potential legal liability.

By submitting an application or inquiry, you expressly consent to C Major Capital and its funding partners contacting you via telephone (including automated calls), SMS/text messages, and email for the purpose of discussing your financing request. Standard message and data rates may apply. You may opt out at any time by contacting us at info@cmajorcapital.com.

We do not charge application fees. However, approved funding may be subject to origination fees, processing fees, or other charges as disclosed in your funding agreement.

All content on this Site — including text, graphics, logos, and software — is the property of C Major Capital or its content suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any content on this Site without our express written consent.

The Site and its content are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis without any warranties of any kind, either express or implied. C Major Capital does not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components.
